Flu Shots  - 2020-2021

Updated 1/12/21

Our flu clinics have concluded for this flu season but we still have vaccine available for all ages! If  your child is in need of a flu shot, please call our office.

Obtaining documentation of your flu shot

If you received your flu shot at Post Road Pediatrics, you can print a copy of your immunization record directly from the MyChart website (which will display your flu shot). Visit the health section of MyChart and click on immunizations to view the report (click this link for a screenshot). If you want to create a pdf copy of this document, click the printer icon, and then change your printer to "Adobe pdf".

If you are using the MyChart App, you can take a screenshot of the immunization report screen.
