Transportation Resources

Medical Transportation

  • If your child has Mass Health insurance, and you need transportation to a medical, dental, or therapy appointment, please let us know. We can complete a prescription for transportation (PT-1) for you. You will receive a notice from Mass Health upon approval, with instructions for how to schedule transportation. Please note that rides must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance of the appointment.  Click here for a copy of the MassHealth Transportation Brochure.

  • Check with your town's senior center for medical transportation for residents with disabilities.
